Internship phase 1

           Let's Start...........


      Teaching is the most divine profession which creates other profession.Today is a big day as a teacher in my life.Our first stage of school internship starts today.With most hopes, tensions and excitement we ,the 16  Theophilians  starts our journey as a teacher trainee  @St Mary's Higher Secondary School, Pattom on October 3rd.

Our first day is most memorable to us .we start our day by meeting the respected Headmistress  Mrs Rani M Alex and the principal Fr Nelson.Our concerned head Ajeesh sir assigns us several duties and a room to feel comfortable.we got different classes to teach according to our lesson plan. I got standard 1X A and my concerned English teacher is Prince Raj sir. Today I dealt with the play "Listen to the mountain" by kavery Nambisan .Then we got noon meal preparation and serving duties.At 3 :30 the school time ends with a national anthem.At last we got the evening discipline duty. We met the headmistress to sign our attendance.Finally the day ends with a bitter rain ☔☔.We went back to our respected home.

              Cognitive Map       As part of the B ed curriculum, a Cognitive Map was prepared manually consisting each unit from Plus one and Plus two.       Mapping in writing is an attempt of really handy techniques that help children to organise their thoughts early on in the writing process. Mapping is a more general term that includes strategies like mind mapping, listing, brainstorming and others too. There are various techniques that children can use like concept maps, flowcharts and lists of pros and cons. When new knowledge is integrated with and connected to existing knowledge that new knowledge is easier to understand and to remember.
