      Third Weekly Report of Second Phase of            School Internships Phase Two

            DAY 1 (24-06-2024)

                 New rays new hopes 

     Every morning is a new beginning for a new hope.As usual I reached the school and 8:30 a.m. We have a morning prayer section atthe headmistress room at 9:10 a.m. At 9:30 a.m. that was a morning prayer at the school. As usual today we have substuition duty, morning duty and I got the period 7 at 9B. Today I began my new chapter "Debt's of Gratitude". The entry activity about showing the images of Nobel prize winners and introduces the author was very effective. Also the chart activity that deals with how the students feel gratitude and to whom they feel gratitude was very effective. Showing glossary images through ICT was also very useful for the students. Student actually participated in the discourse construction activity. It was my observation class. I got very good comments from our concerned teacher. Overall the class went well. Afternoon there was an NMMS Scholarship Talent Search Exam for the students. More than 25 students participated in that exam.

        At 3:30 p.m. we have the national anthem and the leave the school  after the national anthem.

             DAY 2(25-06-2024)

      At 8:30 a.m, I reached  the school. At 9:10 am we have a morning prayer at the headmistress room. And at 9:30 a.m, we had our morning prayer at the school. As usual we got substituition duty and the morning line duty. Today I have the second period at 9 B. And I was able to complete my 11th lesson plan. I had taken the paragraph 3rd. The entry activity was very effective regarding the same gratitude. Students actively participated in the entry activity. Explaining glossary through ICT images was very effective. Discourse construction activity regarding the word that express  gratitude was also very effective. Students was able to understand the theme. Student also presented the previous days assignment. We had our lunch duty at 12:20 pm and at 3:30 p.m, we have our National anthem and the school disperses.

      There was a road show regarding the anti drugs day. We got the opportunity to prepare students for the day. On 26 June the school decides to conduct the road show at kurishadi  junction

            DAY 3(26-06-2024)

      

        At 8:30 a.m, I reached at the School. We have the morning discipline duty. At 9: 10am. we have a morning prayer at the headmistress room. Morning prayer at  school at 9:30 Today I got the 6th period at class 9B.I was able to complete my 12th lesson plan. For the entry activity I showed a v short film named as  'A moving story about gratitude" and it create morals and values among the students. Student actively participated in the discourse construction activity. The activity was about solving the exercise in the textbook. At afternoon, anti drug road show at kurishadi junction. Students prepared a program against the anti drugs Day by creating a poster and punching their hands. At 3:30 p.m. there was the national anthem and we leaved the school.

              DAY 5(27-06-2024

     Hope  the day is a new beginning 

At 8:30 a.m. I reached the school. We had the morning discipline duty. At 9:10 a.m. there was a morning prayer at the headmistress room. At 9:30 am , there was a morning prayer for the whole School. We got the substitution duty. 12:20 we have the new meal duty. Today I got the 7 period at class 9 b. I was able to complete my 13th lesson plan. It was about the paragraph 6 and 7 of the lesson Debts of Gratitude. The entry regarding quotes  based on the lesson  Debts of Gratitude was very effective. Discourses based  on preparing a placard showing the theme of gratitude  and kindness was very useful for the students. Students person the previous days assignment. At 3:30 p.m. we have the national anthem and the evening line duty. 

           DAY 6(28-06-2024)

    As usual I reached the school at 8:30 a.m. we have a prayer at the headmistress room at 9:10 a.m.. The headmistress gave us instructions regarding the day. The headmistress told us to conduct a speech  regarding the Mar Ivanios Day. One of our teacher taken the class regarding the commemoration of Rev. Mar Ivanios. At afternoon we conduct the speech regarding the Mar Ivanios day at the school auditorium. Today I got 7th  period at class 9 b. The  class went well. Entry activity regarding the quotes was very effective. students showed very much interest . Discourses construction based on the puzzle activity was well received by the students. glossary was effectively followed using ICT images. At 3:30 we have the national anthem
